New York Dining at Ink48

Ink48 is detailing the script for two beautiful destination restaurants that are in development as well as the glass-enclosed rooftop restaurant and lounge (still under construction), complete with outdoor seating and a decorative reflecting pool (open to guests later this year).

Until then, our signature style assures an experience expected of a Kimpton Hotel:

• Hosted evening wine hour from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.
• 24-hour room service available

Our first-floor dining venues will celebrate regional cuisine prepared with local food and produce. With a menu featuring small plates and an interior that is at once contemporary and casual, these Hell's Kitchen dining destinations will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

Upstairs, a beautiful terrace on the 16th floor rooftop of the hotel will feature a bar with the perfect setting for sipping or nibbling while admiring the unobstructed views of Manhattan and the Hudson River. Serving breakfast, lunch and light dinner as well as contemporary cocktails, this makes an ideal spot for any social gathering.
