Our newly renovated boutique hotel in NYC
Who says great can’t get better? Kimpton Ink48 Hotel, our beloved gem and creative hub of Hell’s Kitchen has undergone an extensive and design-driven renovation of our guestrooms, suites and lobby. Led by designer Anna Busta of Busta Studio, our renovations reflect the evolution of the neighborhood, drawing inspiration from our origins as a printing house. Our rooms have been transformed into lofty residential-like spaces, while additions to our renovated lobby cater to our growing community of travelers and locals.
When entering, you will be treated to a spacious and light-filled room complemented by unobstructed views of Manhattan’s skyline, afforded by expansive windows and high ceilings. Our new rooms evoke a modern-day loft with neutral color palettes and unexpected pops of color with custom furnishing and thoughtfully designed accessories. This includes an overhead lamp with shipyard-inspired pulleys - a nod to the nearby Hudson River piers, chevron carpeting reminiscent of a bespoke suit, one-of-a-kind ceramic bedside lamps, nightstands with leather inset tops and fashionable throw pillows to top off our playfully elegant room.
As nice as it is to read about our new look, it’s even better to experience in person.
Our new rooms evoke a modern-day loft with neutral color palettes and unexpected pops of color, drawing urban nomads and sophisticated travelers seeking a luxurious yet unpretentious environment for work or play.
Our rooms offer customized, casual workspaces, designed for peak tech functionality and outfitted with a luxurious oak bistro table and black steel armchair, perfect for working on a laptop or relaxing after a long day.
Inspirational artwork commissioned by local artist, Kaitlin Rebesco, adorns the walls with collage photography including the Colorblock Series which captures the essence of New York City’s beautiful and raw spirit.
