What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is at 3 pm EST and checkout is at 12 pm EST.
How can I retrieve an item I left at the hotel?
If you misplaced an item during your visit to Ink 48 Hotel please submit a claim here. If prompted, enter client identification number 15519. You will receive a response regarding your personal property within 72 hours.
Is smoking permitted in the guestrooms or in the hotel?
Ink 48 Hotel is a non-smoking hotel, and its restaurant, PRINT., and rooftop bar, The Press Lounge, are non-smoking establishments as well.
Is there a fee for Wi-Fi access?
Ink 48 Hotel offers two speeds of Wi-Fi: standard (included in amenity fee) and premium ($18 per day). The daily fee can be charged to your guestroom.
Do you have a fitness center?
Of course! Ink 48 Hotel's fitness center is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Equipped with two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a recumbent bike, a functional trainer, free weights, adjustable benches, an abdominal trainer and a ballet bar, the fitness center also has plenty of space for stretching exercises.
Do you have a business center?
Ink 48 Hotel does not have a business center but the front desk team is happy to print items for guests. We can also assist with shipping and car service.
Do you have a pool?
Ink 48 Hotel does not have a pool.
How do I get to the hotel?
Ink 48 Hotel is conveniently located at the corner of Eleventh Avenue and West 48th Street in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan's West Side. Find directions to our front door on the Maps & Directions page.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Ink 48 Hotel does not offer a free airport shuttle. The concierge at our front desk will be happy to arrange a car service (for a fee) or provide public transportation directions.
Do you have onsite parking?
Self service parking is available at our preferred garage, GMC Parking on 550 West 45th Street (between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues).
Discounted fees for hotel guests are as follows:
- $45 (including tax) per night for standard cars
- $50 (including tax) per night for SUVs
There is no in and out access and charges will be settled directly with the garage. Guests must have their parking ticket validated by the front desk to receive the discounted rate.
What does the amenity fee include?
Ink 48 Hotel’s amenity fee of $35 plus tax per night, per room, includes:
- Standard Wi-Fi for up to 5 devices
- Access to the fitness center
- Bicycles to be used from sunrise to sundown, based on availability
- Unlimited local and long distance phone calls
- Discounted parking with our preferred garage, GMC Parking on 550 West 45th Street
- 20% discount at participating Hudson Yards shops
Are cribs and rollaway beds available?
Ink 48 Hotel has a limited number of complimentary Pack ‘n Plays for guests. Please note any Pack ‘n Play requests in the comments field on the checkout page when making a reservation to ensure availability or call the front desk. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.
What is your cancellation policy?
Advance Purchase Reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and the dates cannot be altered. All other reservations must be cancelled by 6 PM EST 48 hours before your arrival date to avoid a one-night penalty of room rate and tax. If the reservation was booked through an online travel agency or other third party, please contact the booking agent for cancellation policies.
Must I present ID at check-in?
Ink 48 Hotel requires a valid government-issued picture ID to check-in.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes! Some King Rooms or King Premier Rooms connect to Queen Queen Deluxe Rooms. Please call the front desk at (212) 757-0088 to request connecting rooms, which cannot be guaranteed.
Is there an early departure fee?
After you check-in, if the departure date on your reservation is changed, an early departure fee of up to one night's room rate plus tax is charged.
Do you offer room service?
What are the hours of the restaurant and bar?
PRINT. Restaurant's gourmet market, PRINT Provisions, is offering grab and go breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8 AM to 8 PM every day.
I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
To request a copy of a folio, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the name on the reservation, the dates of your stay and — for verification purposes only — the last 4 digits of the credit card used for booking.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Upon check-in at Ink 48 Hotel, a credit card is required. Upon checkout, you may pay the amount on your folio by credit card or cash.
Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
Upon check-in at Ink 48 Hotel, a credit card is required. Ink 48 Hotel will authorize the amount of your entire stay's room and tax on the card and you will not have access to those funds. The hotel will also place a $150 deposit per night for incidentals on the card. If no incidentals are purchased during your stay, the hotel will release the incidental deposit on the day of your departure. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your available balance. Upon checkout, you may pay the amount on your folio by credit card or cash.
Are pets allowed?
Ink 48 Hotel welcomes pets up to 50 pounds! If you are booking a guestroom, use the comments field on the checkout page while making a reservation to let us know you are traveling with a pet. Please note there is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $125 plus tax per stay for guests traveling with a pet. Pet owners are asked to sign a waiver at check-in and clean up after their pets while visiting the hotel.
The nearest park is Clinton Park, just four blocks away from the hotel. The concierge can also arrange for pet walking service.
Do you have pet-free rooms?
Ink 48 Hotel has pet-free guestrooms that have never hosted a pet guest. When booking your reservation, please let us know in the comments section that you would like to request a pet-free room. Alternately, call the front desk at (212) 757-0088.
