General
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is at 3 pm EST and checkout is at 12 pm EST.
How can I retrieve an item I left at the hotel?
If you misplaced an item during your visit to Ink 48 Hotel please submit a claim here. If prompted, enter client identification number 15519. You will receive a response regarding your personal property within 72 hours.
Is smoking permitted in the guestrooms or in the hotel?
Ink 48 Hotel is a non-smoking hotel, and its restaurant, PRINT., and rooftop bar, The Press Lounge, are non-smoking establishments as well.
How do I access the hotel Wi-Fi network?
On your device, select "Ink 48 Hotel" as the network you would like to join, and follow the prompts and steps on the landing page that appears.
Do you have a fitness center?
Of course! Ink 48 Hotel's fitness center is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Equipped with two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a recumbent bike, a functional trainer, free weights, adjustable benches, an abdominal trainer and a ballet bar, the fitness center also has plenty of space for stretching exercises.
Do you have a business center?
Ink 48 Hotel does not have a business center but the front desk team is happy to print items for guests. We can also assist with shipping and car service.
Does the hotel provide valet parking?
Yes! Valet Parking is located at 550 West 45th Street. You can save $20 on valet parking by booking our parking package, which includes a discount along with your room when you book directly through our website.
Otherwise, a fee of $80 per day for cars and $90 per day for oversized vehicles will be added to your folio.
Where is the closest emergency room?
Is laundry service available at the hotel?
Yes, laundry valet is available. Please call the front desk to arrange service.

How do I get to the hotel?
Ink 48 Hotel is conveniently located at the corner of Eleventh Avenue and West 48th Street in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan's West Side. Find directions to our front door on the Maps & Directions page.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Ink 48 Hotel does not offer a free airport shuttle. The concierge at our front desk will be happy to arrange a car service (for a fee) or provide public transportation directions.
Do you have onsite parking?
While we do not have an onsite garage, we do offer both valet and self-parking options at our preferred partner, GMC Parking, located at 550 W 45th Street, New York, NY.

Reservations
What does the amenity fee include?
Ink 48 Hotel’s amenity fee of $40 plus tax per night, per room includes:
- Standard Wi-Fi for up to 3 devices
- Access to the fitness center
- Unlimited local and long distance phone calls
- Discounted parking with our preferred garage, Gotham Garage, located at 550 W45th Street, New York.
Are cribs and rollaway beds available?
Ink 48 Hotel has a limited number of complimentary Pack ‘n Plays for guests. Please note any Pack ‘n Play requests in the comments field on the checkout page when making a reservation to ensure availability or call the front desk. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.
What is your cancellation policy?
Advance Purchase Reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and the dates cannot be altered. All other reservations must be cancelled by 6 PM EST 48 hours before your arrival date to avoid a one-night penalty of room rate and tax. If the reservation was booked through an online travel agency or other third party, please contact the booking agent for cancellation policies.
Must I present ID at check-in?
Ink 48 Hotel requires a valid government-issued picture ID to check-in and only allows reservations from 21+ year old guests. ID must match the names on the reservation.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes! Some King Rooms or King Premier Rooms connect to Queen Queen Deluxe Rooms. Please call the front desk at (212) 757-0088 to request connecting rooms, which cannot be guaranteed.
Is there an early departure fee?
After you check-in, if the departure date on your reservation is changed, an early departure fee of up to one night's room rate plus tax is charged.
How do I check the status of my travel agent commission?
Ink 48 Hotel processes all travel agent commissions through Onyx CenterSource.
To check the status of a commission, log in to the Onyx Portal. To request a missing travel agent commission, please submit a dispute via the portal. All other inquiries should also be made via the portal.
Please note processing and payment of a commission usually takes 30 business days.

Are the restaurants open?
Ink 48 offers an inviting culinary experience from morning through evening. In the lobby, our full-service restaurant welcomes guests daily from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., serving a thoughtfully curated breakfast and lunch menu in a relaxed yet refined setting. As day turns to night, ascend to Hudson VU, our signature rooftop venue, where a reservation-only dinner service pairs seasonal dishes with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River—creating an unforgettable dining destination above the city’s vibrant West Side.
Do you offer room service?
While we do not offer room service, we have a lobby restaurant for breakfast and lunch, also the Hudson VU rooftop with the best views of the city and the Hudson River, only by reservation and for 21+ years old.
Accounting
I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
To request a copy of your folio, please email [email protected]. Please include the name on the reservation, the dates of your stay and — for verification purposes only — the last 4 digits of the credit card used for booking.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted at Ink48. A credit card is required upon check-in, and folio must be paid by credit card upon check-out.
No cash payments are accepted.
Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
Upon check-in at Ink 48 Hotel, a credit card is required. Ink 48 Hotel will authorize the amount of your entire stay's room and tax on the card and you will not have access to those funds. The hotel will also place a $100 deposit per night for incidentals on the card. If no incidentals are purchased during your stay, the hotel will release the incidental deposit on the day of your departure. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your available balance.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Ink 48 Hotel welcomes pets up to 50 pounds!
Click here to book our pet package! Please note there is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 plus tax per stay for guests traveling with a pet. Pet owners are asked to sign a waiver at check-in and clean up after their pets while visiting the hotel.
The nearest park is Clinton Park, just four blocks away from the hotel. The concierge can also arrange for pet walking service.
Do you have pet-free rooms?
Ink 48 Hotel has pet-free guestrooms that have never hosted a pet guest. When booking your reservation, please let us know in the comments section that you would like to request a pet-free room. Alternately, call the front desk at (212) 757-0088.
