One of the great cultural meccas of New York City, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is the home of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, the Metropolitan Opera and the New York City Ballet. The celebrated arts complex includes 30 venues for live performances of classical music, ballet, jazz, drama, comedy and more. The 1,000-seat Vivian Beaumont Theater (designed by architect Eero Saarinen) has launched many a Broadway run! 

Tourists and locals flock to Revson Fountain for photos, or to meet with friends, while the Guggenheim Bandshell in Damrosch Park puts on outdoor concerts. And chances are good you’ll go to Lincoln Center to attend a graduation or commencement ceremony. The arts complex is home to Juilliard, Fordham University School of Law, the Gabelli School of Business and the Fordham College at Lincoln Center.
